Men Re-Entering the Community
Returning citizens face enormous barriers — housing, employment, identity documents, and social stigma. BossLadi Enterprise LLC walks alongside men from the moment of release, providing transitional housing, case management, and job-readiness training.
Our reentry program is built on structure and accountability. Residents follow a 90-day pathway that includes life-skills workshops, financial literacy, and connections to community employers who believe in second chances.

Our survivor program offers confidential intake, safety planning, legal advocacy referrals, and connections to counseling. We partner with local shelters and courts to ensure no one falls through the cracks.
