Born from lived experience, driven by purpose — BossLadi Enterprise LLC exists to restore dignity, rebuild lives, and create lasting change in our community.
Where We Come From
BossLadi Enterprise LLC was founded on April 17, 2022, in Dallas, Texas — not from a boardroom, but from the heart of someone who understood firsthand what it means to need a second chance.
We saw the gaps: men leaving incarceration with nowhere to turn, women escaping domestic violence with no safety net, veterans returning home without the support they earned, and individuals fighting addiction with no community behind them.
So we built one. A place where every person who walks through our doors is met with compassion, resources, and the unwavering belief that their story isn't over.
Our Mission
To empower individuals re-entering society, survivors of domestic violence, veterans, and those in recovery by providing wraparound support services, advocacy, and community — so that every person has the opportunity to rebuild their life with dignity and purpose.
