Our Story
Born from lived experience, driven by purpose — BossLadi Enterprise LLC/Next Chapter exists to restore dignity, rebuild lives, and create lasting change in our community.
Our Origin
Where We Come From
BossLadi Enterprise LLC was founded on April 17, 2022, in Dallas, Texas — not from a boardroom, but from the heart of someone who understood firsthand what it means to need a second chance.
We saw the gaps: men leaving incarceration with nowhere to turn, women escaping domestic violence with no safety net, veterans returning home without the support they earned, and individuals fighting addiction with no community behind them.
So we built one. A place where every person who walks through our doors is met with compassion, resources, and the unwavering belief that their story isn't over.
A visionary leader with lived experience and a passion for justice, our founder established BossLadi Enterprise LLC to fill the gaps she witnessed firsthand — creating an organization rooted in compassion, accountability, and community.

My Vision
When I think about BossLadi Enterprise LLC/Next Chapter, I see more than a nonprofit. I see a place of opportunity, restoration, accountability, growth, and hope. I want every person who walks through our doors to understand that they are capable of more — and that creating a different future requires participation, responsibility, consistency, and commitment.
My Leadership Philosophy
Leadership requires both compassion and accountability. I will treat people with dignity and respect while also maintaining clear expectations. I believe we can show grace without removing responsibility, and we can hold people accountable without taking away their dignity. I do not believe in defining people by their worst decision, their hardest season, or the circumstances they are currently facing.
My Faith
My faith is an important part of the foundation of this organization. I believe that God gives us the ability to begin again and that our most difficult seasons do not have to become the final chapter of our lives. Habakkuk 2:2–3 is especially meaningful to me — it reminds me of the importance of having a vision, writing it down, making it plain, and remaining committed to it. That is what I am doing with BossLadi Enterprise LLC/Next Chapter.
Why I Do This
I believe that sometimes one opportunity can change the direction of someone's life. One safe place. One person who believes in you. One opportunity to start over. One decision to do things differently. One new chapter. I want people to walk through our doors believing that their story is not over — and leave knowing they have the tools, confidence, and determination to continue writing the next part of their story.
At BossLadi Enterprise, we want every person to know:
You are valued.
You are responsible.
You are capable.
You have purpose.
You have a future.
As Founder and Executive Director, I promise to lead with purpose, integrity, faith, compassion, and accountability. I will continue working to build an organization that serves people with dignity while challenging them to become stronger, more independent, and more prepared for the future.

Our Mission
BossLadi Enterprise LLC/Next Chapter Recovery and Transitional Home exists to provide a safe, structured, supportive, and empowering environment where individuals can rebuild their lives, regain stability, develop independence, and prepare for a successful future.
We meet people where they are while helping them move toward where they are capable of being. Through transitional housing, accountability, life-skills development, encouragement, resource connections, and community support, we help individuals address barriers, establish meaningful goals, and take ownership of their next chapter.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that people should not be defined by their past, their circumstances, or their mistakes. We believe in providing the structure, opportunity, and support necessary for individuals to recognize their worth, discover their purpose, and create a foundation for lasting change.
We do not simply provide a place to stay. We provide a pathway to stability, independence, and a better tomorrow.

Our Vision
Our vision is to build a trusted community of restoration and opportunity where every person — regardless of their past — has access to the resources, support, structure, and opportunities they need to rebuild their lives and thrive.
We envision BossLadi Enterprise LLC/Next Chapter as more than transitional housing. We envision a pathway to transformation — a place where individuals can move from instability to stability, from uncertainty to purpose, and from dependence toward independence.
We envision residents becoming confident, responsible, self-sufficient individuals who are equipped to pursue meaningful employment, stable housing, healthy relationships, personal growth, and purposeful lives.
We envision a community where second chances are not merely offered — they are supported with structure, accountability, compassion, and opportunity.
Most importantly, we envision a future where a person's past is recognized as part of their story, but never treated as the final chapter.
Your past may be a part of your story, but it does not have to determine how your story ends.
BossLadi Enterprise LLC/Next Chapter is where the next chapter begins.
